PIYTECH, PIY Action and PIY Bot are names and marks of PIYTECH. Their use does not grant any right to use them without permission.

Access is provided only to people authorised by their organisation. Accounts are personal: keep your credentials and verification codes private, and do not share your account.

You must not attempt to bypass access controls, view data you are not permitted to see, probe or disrupt the service, upload malicious files, or use the service for unlawful purposes. Access may be suspended or removed for misuse.

Messages, tasks, attendance, leave, payroll and documents belong to the organisation that uses PIY Action. They are available only to the people their role allows. Sensitive actions are recorded in an audit log.

Organisations are responsible for the accuracy of the rules they configure, including working hours, holidays, leave and pay policies, and for complying with the employment and data-protection laws that apply to them.

Where an organisation enables the employee task tracker, screenshots are captured by an agent installed with the employee's knowledge, stored privately, and visible only to authorised administrators. Retention is configurable and older files are deleted automatically when a retention period is set.

Organisations must tell their employees what is monitored and why, obtain any consent that applicable law requires, and use the data only for legitimate business purposes. PIY Action is not designed for covert surveillance.

PIY Bot is an automated assistant available to administrators. It can propose actions, and changes are made only after explicit confirmation and are audited. Its answers can be incomplete or wrong, so check important information before relying on it.

The assistant on the public landing page answers questions about PIY Action. When you use it, PIYTECH records your questions and the answers, your IP address, an approximate location derived from it, your browser and device type, and a random identifier kept in your browser. This is used to run and improve the assistant, to notify administrators of new chats and to prevent abuse, including pausing visitors who send unsafe content or the same question repeatedly. Chats are deleted after a retention period (90 days by default).

Do not enter personal or confidential information in the assistant. To ask for your chats to be removed, contact PIYTECH through the details in the footer.

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. PIYTECH is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
