Email, SMS and WhatsApp

Administrators can connect these channels from Configuration, without server access:

• Email (SMTP): used for sign-in codes and notifications.
• SMS, through Twilio.
• WhatsApp, through the WhatsApp Cloud API.

For administrators

1. Open Configuration and choose the channel.
2. Enter the details from your provider. Secrets such as passwords and tokens are stored encrypted and are never shown again after saving; to change one, enter a new value.
3. Send a test message to check it works.

For everyone

With a channel connected, people with the right access can message colleagues from the app, and a delivery log shows what was sent and whether it was delivered.
