pGmail

pGmail connects Gmail and Google Workspace accounts to PIY Action. You can connect several accounts, personal and Workspace, and read, search and reply from one place.

Your mailbox is yours

Each connected mailbox is private to the person who connected it, administrators included. You can disconnect at any time, which also removes access at Google.

What you can do

• Browse folders, search, and read full conversations with attachments.
• Create draft replies. Drafts are saved for you to edit; nothing is sent for you.
• Set follow-up reminders that run on the server and notify you.
• Build contacts from your own mail.
• Use templates and campaigns: campaigns need approval, include an unsubscribe link and a do-not-contact list, and are throttled.

Using AI with mail

PIY Bot can summarise a conversation, find open questions, decisions and deadlines, and answer questions about your mail with links to the emails it used. It writes draft replies for you to edit and never sends mail on its own. By default the AI runs on the organisation's own server model.

Limits

• Sending mail and changing mailbox state (archive, labels and so on) are off until an administrator enables them.
• Reports use the synced copy of your mail and say when it may be out of date.
