Signing in

I cannot sign in. Check your email address and password. If your account uses two-step sign-in, enter the six-digit code that was emailed to you; it expires after a few minutes, so request a new one if needed. If your account was deactivated, ask an administrator.

There is no sign-up button. Accounts are created by your organisation's administrator.

I did not get the code. Check spam. If email delivery is not set up for your organisation, codes cannot be sent; tell an administrator.

Access

A module is missing from my sidebar. You may not have been given access to it, or an administrator may have switched it off for your role. Ask an administrator. See Roles and permissions.

I see "This module is not available to you". The module is off for your account. The message is the same if you typed the address directly.

My access changed but the sidebar did not. It refreshes about once a minute and when you return to the tab. Reload to see it at once.

My Drive is missing. It appears only for people an administrator gave access to.

Projects and shared files

I cannot select a project for a task. You need access to the project. Archived projects keep existing task links but cannot receive new assignments; ask a manager to reactivate the project if appropriate.

Someone shared a file but I cannot open it. You still need Drive access and the relevant download permission for preview or download. Ask the owner or an administrator to check the grant. Revoked grants, or archived or deleted content, may no longer be available.

I revoked a share but someone still has access. A separate direct, folder or organisation grant may still apply. Revoking cannot recall files already downloaded.

Call recording and meeting notes

Record or PIY Bot is unavailable. Capture needs a supported browser, an active connected call and the appropriate permissions. Meeting AI also needs administrator configuration. The joined host or an authorised manager requests capture.

Recording did not start or stopped unexpectedly. Every joined participant must agree separately to the requested capture. Declining blocks it. Consent withdrawal, a participant joining or leaving, or backgrounding the recording tab stops capture. Keep that tab visible; closing the browser or interrupted uploads can leave an incomplete artifact.

I cannot see meeting notes yet. Processing happens after capture stops. Open Meetings in the conversation to check status and retry failed processing when available. Access requires consent and continued conversation access. AI output can be incomplete and does not identify speakers.

Credential Manager

"We could not verify your identity." The password (or code) was not accepted. The message is intentionally the same either way. After several failures, further attempts are paused for a while.

I cannot copy a password. Copying is a separate permission from showing. If you can show but not copy, ask an administrator. If your browser blocks the clipboard, use Show instead.

"Someone changed this credential while you were editing." Close the window and open the entry again to see the latest version.

The page says encryption is not ready. An administrator needs to finish the server's encryption setup. Credentials cannot be saved or shown until then.

DevOps

I cannot connect GitHub. Connecting needs the connect permission and an administrator-configured GitHub App. If GitHub says you do not have access to the installation, the person installing must be the owner of the account or an organisation owner.

A workflow is not offered. It must support manual runs and be enabled.

A deployment stays "requested". GitHub has not started the run yet. After about 15 minutes without a run it is marked failed, with the result unknown.
