What is PIY Action
One workspace for chat, calls, projects, tasks, shared files, attendance, payroll, CRM and AI assistance.
PIY Action is a private workspace for a team or company. It brings the tools people usually keep in separate places into one product that shares the same people and permissions, so something approved in one place shows up where it matters elsewhere. An approved leave, for example, flows into attendance, payroll and the dashboard without anyone retyping it.
Who it is for
Organisations that want one place for daily work: managers who need to see what is happening, employees who need their own tasks, hours and chats, and administrators who look after people, settings and security.

Connected work
Projects bring related tasks together without changing who can see or update each task. My Drive keeps uploads private until explicitly shared; viewer grants do not give recipients editing rights.
In supported browsers, call recording and meeting notes require consent from every joined participant. Meeting AI also requires administrator setup. Review proposed actions before creating tasks; nothing is assigned automatically.
Signing in
Accounts are created by your organisation's administrator; there is no public sign-up. Use Sign in on the home page. If two-step sign-in is turned on for your account, a six-digit code is emailed to you after your password and you enter it to finish. Keep your password and codes private and do not share your account.
