Pay is calculated from approved attendance and leave, with advances, bonuses and deductions, and extra hours approved as paid.

How a month closes

A month is finalized once and is then frozen, so history cannot be edited afterwards. Check attendance, leave and extra hours before finalizing.

Who can see it

Payroll is visible to administrators only. Employees see only their own pay information, such as their payslip.
